The Stone Tier

Each slab belongs to a tier, from Classic Granite to Super Exotic. Two similar-looking stones can sit in different tiers.

The Real Square Footage

Measure the depth too, not only the length. Islands with overhangs often add more area than people expect.

The Old Top

If an old countertop has to come out, say so. Tear-out and disposal appear as a separate line.

What Our Countertop Services Do Not Include: Plumbing

We set your kitchen sink into the new countertop, but we do not do any plumbing work. That means no disconnecting or reconnecting faucets, disposals, dishwashers or water filters.

Book a qualified plumber for two short visits: one before tear-out and one after installation. We give you both dates as soon as your template is scheduled, so the plumber can plan around our crew.

Do you fabricate the countertops yourselves?

Yes. Every countertop is cut in our shop at 7517 Orr Rd on an automated CNC with water, then installed by our own crew.

How long does a countertop project take?

Your quote is ready within 2 business days, and installation happens 7 business days after we template.

Can you replace only one countertop or one vanity?

Yes. Small jobs are welcome, and a single vanity can often be cut from a remnant, which keeps the cost down.

Do you remove the old countertop?

Yes. Tear-out and disposal are quoted as a separate line, so you can compare it with other quotes.

Do you disconnect the sink, faucet or dishwasher?

No. We don't do any plumbing work. Schedule your plumber before tear-out and after installation; we give you the dates in advance.

How do payments work?

Countertop work is paid in two parts: 50% to start and 50% at completion. You never pay the full amount upfront.

Is the work under warranty?

Every job has a 1-year warranty on fabrication and installation. Quartz also carries a limited 15-year warranty after installation.

Do you work with contractors and designers?

Yes. Contractors can ask about special pricing, and designers can bring clients to the yard and ask about our referral commission.
